Description: Complete refurbishment of eight floors, converting them to high end teaching areas, labs, theatres and lecture hall. Communal areas, main entrance and lift lobbies were upgraded and all areas fitted with energy efficient lighting and lighting controls, linked to high spec AV systems. Existing plant rooms and roof plant were replaced and all new sub-mains cabling and distribution boards installed. The project was completed in phases, enabling KCL to continue using the building for teaching whilst the work was ongoing.
